This is the perfect lightweight solution for mounting batteries to your gimbal frame instead of adding extra weight to your camera system. This plate can also remove the limitations of having to use a specific size of battery in order to maintain a certain weight distribution when balancing on your gimbal. Freeing up weight on your camera system can lead to better gimbal performance and allow for more weight allocation towards mounting additional accessories like follow focus motors and matte boxes.
