Booneve Wooden Cheese and Tofu Press is a non-electric device used as cheese making to apply pressure to curds in order to expel whey and form a solid cheese. It consists of wooden pieces and steel spring parts to install. It includes strong wood pieces easily durable for 210 lb of permanent pressure. It provides abilidy to obtain wine juice, oil and herb extracts with its solid structure durable to high pressures.
