Large chef's knife from our Forjada Collection, 11-3/4" total length, with a 11-3/4" drop point style blade, 3/16" thick, full tang, made of forged stainless steel which improves hardness (50 RC) and sharpness duration. Blade has a bolster made of stainless steel for hand protecting and for improving weight balance. Knife has a comfortable and durable, triple riveted, black POM handle. This professional quality knife is capable of handling big tasks in the kitchen, safely and efficiently. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering large pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
