Place the distributor on your portafilter, blade side down. Adjust the depth if necessary until you achieve a flat, level surface every time. No pressure is needed at this stage. Gently spin 2-3 times.TAMP: With the flat side down, extend the tamper to the desired depth and press lightly, ensuring a clean and smooth tamp.ENJOYPro Tip:Avoid tamping your puck too tightly to prevent clogging. Apply just enough pressure to create a clean, flat surface.
